摘 要：在问卷星上设计调查问卷，以收集到的数据为研究对象，对收回的调查问卷进行数据分析。采用 SPSS Modeler和 Excel，对不同问题不同选项做了关联性分析，对一些问题与某个题的一个选项进行了决策树分析。通过关联分析可以看出人们在选择视频软件时注重的因素有哪些，通过决策树分析可以看出不同职业人群认为视频软件吸引人的地方，从而得出不同人群对视频的满意度的影响因素，并且提出合理的建议来提升人们对视频的满意度。

Research on the Influence Factor of Video Playing Platform Satisfaction

Abstract：A questionnaire was designed on the questionnaire star，and the collected data was taken as the research object to analyze the data of the collected questionnaire. Using SPSS Modeler and Excel，this paper analyzes the relationship between different questions and different options，and makes decision tree analysis between some questions and an option of a question. Through the correlation analysis，we can see what factors people pay attention to when they choosing video software. Through the decision tree analysis，we can see what different professional groups think video software is attractive，so as to get the influencing factors of different people’s satisfaction with video，and put forward reasonable suggestions to improve people’s satisfaction with video.
