摘 要:某压水堆核电站循环水处理系统制氯站厂房未配置符合现行法规要求的氢气探测设备,如果在生产过程中有氢气溢出,并且氢气浓度累积到爆炸下限将会有氢爆风险。文章在结合常规岛冷却水系统工艺的基础上介绍了一种加装氢气探测装置的改进方法,该装置能够实时监测并记录厂房内氢气浓度,并且在出现故障时能够产生对应报警提示,可有效提高电站循环水处理系统的安全运行水平。

Improvement of Installing Hydrogen Detection Device in Chlorine Production Station of PWR Nuclear Power Plant

Abstract: The chlorine production station plants of the circulating water treatment system of a PWR nuclear power plant is not equipped with hydrogen detection device that meets the requirements of current regulations. If there is hydrogen overflow in the production process and the hydrogen concentration accumulates to the lower explosion limit, there will be a risk of hydrogen explosion. Based on the combination of process of the conventional island cooling water system, this paper introduces an improved method for installing hydrogen detection device. The device can monitor and record the hydrogen concentration in the plant in real time, and can generate corresponding alarm prompt in case of fault, which can effectively improve the safe operation level of circulating water treatment system in power station.
