摘 要：本文从BIOS 的参数设置、操作系统的安装与设置应用、程序的安装与使用、构建复杂网络环境及实验平台等方面入手，对目前在中职计算机实训中所采用的虚拟机软件进行简单介绍。

Abstract：From the parameters setting of BIOS，the installation and application of the operating system，the installation and use of the program，the construction of the complex network environment and the experimental platform，this paper briefly introduces the virtual machine software used in the process of the computer training in the secondary vocational school.
