摘 要：发达国家利用信息平台进行医疗、养老信息的协同，做到了医疗、养老服务的无缝衔接。文章梳理了加拿大、澳大利亚、美国、日本四个发达国家医养结合信息平台的构成，分析了平台在医养事务中的重要协调作用，总结了平台在政府的支持和政策的引导下，整合了医养设施信息、建立了全国性的数据库和有效的信息反馈机制、发展电子健康记录等共性特征，并据此提出一个适合我国的医养结合信息平台的构建框架，为我国医养结合信息平台的建设提供参考。

Research on the Construction of Information Platforms of Medical-Nursing Combination in Developed Countries

Abstract: Developed countries use information platforms to collaborate medical and nursing information, and achieve the seamless cohesion between nursing services and medical services. This paper investigats the constitution of medical-nursing combination information platforms in four developed countries, namely Australia, Japan, the United States and Canada. This paper analyzes the important coordination role of the platform in medical care affairs. Under the support and policy guidance of the government, they integrate the information of nursing facilities and medical facilities, establish nationwide databases and effective information feedback mechanisms, develop electronic health records, etc. At last the paper puts forward a construction framework of information platform that is suitable for China, aiming to provide references for China’s work of medical-nursing combination.
