摘 要：加强实训、实习基地建设是高等职业院校改善办学条件、彰显办学特色、提高教学质量的重点，是实现工学结合人才培养模式的关键[1]。针对实训室管理的现状，本文对高职院校实训室存在的问题进行了分析，原有的实训室管理相对滞后，不能满足实践教学管理的需要[2]。结合高职院校的实训室实训教学的实际情况，本文提出了基于虚拟化技术构建实训教学综合管理系统的思路和设计，通过有效整合分散的软、硬件资源，搭建统一的实践教学云，可以大大提高资源利用率，提高系统的快速响应[3]，为高职院校实训室管理提供一个可供借鉴的途径。

Design of Comprehensive Training Management System Based onVirtualization Technology

Abstract：Strengthening the construction of practical training and practice bases is the key to improving the conditions of schools，showing the characteristics of schools and improving the quality of teaching，and is the key to the realization of the training mode ofcombining engineering and learning with talents. In view of the current situation of the management of the training room，the existing problems in the training room of the higher vocational colleges are analyzed. The existing management of the training room is relatively backward，which can not meet the needs of the practice teaching management. Combining the actual situation of practical training teaching in the training room of higher vocational colleges，this paper puts forward the idea and design of building a comprehensive management system of practical training based on virtualization technology. By effectively integrating the dispersed software and hardware resources and building a unified practical teaching cloud，it can greatly improve the utilization rate of resources and improve the rapid response of the system. It provides a reference for the management of the training room in vocational colleges.
