摘 要：随着信息时代的迅速发展，信息化传播技术也正迅速发达起来，而未来也将是一个大数据时代、“互联网 +”的生活方式、信息化的办公模式。文中对企业档案管理中信息化工具的应用进行了研究，报告了信息化工具在档案管理中的应用现状，通过工作实践对档案管理系统应用认真进行了数据调查和研究，系统不断优化调整提升企业档案管理技术水平，形成健全的信息化档案管理制度，从而推动公司档案管理工作走向一个全新高度。

Abstract: With the rapid development of information age, informatization dissemination technology is developing rapidly. And the future will also be a big data era, Internet plus lifestyle and informatization office mode. This paper studies the application of informatization tools in enterprise archive management, reports the current situation of the application of informatization tools in archive management, carefully conducts data investigation and research on the application of archive management system through work practice, continuously optimizes and adjusts the system to improve the technical level of enterprise archive management, and forms a sound informatization archive management system, so as to promote the company's archive management to a new height.
