摘 要：随着社会信息化的发展，计算机技术的应用越来越广泛，它给人们的生活带来很大便利的同时，也带来了许多安全隐患。如何能够获取有效的信息而滤除掉那些无用的信息是值得我们思考的课题。本文以计算机应用技术与信息管理的整合为基础，对其进行全方位的探讨，以便人们可以更好的利用信息化工具进行服务与管理。

Abstract：With the development of social information，the application of computer technology is becoming more and more widely used. It brings great convenience to people’s lives，but also brings many security risks. It is a subject considered that how we get effective information and filter out useless information. Based on the integration of computer application technology and information management，this paper discusses it in all directions so that people can make better use of information tools for service and management.
