摘 要：数据恢复技术对许多普通人而言是比较陌生的技术，但是对于从事计算机信息技术的人们来讲，其是一种比较常见，并且与普通人生活联系紧密的技术。数据恢复主要就是为了找回在计算机使用过程中因故障导致数据丢失或者出现问题的计算机信息。不同数据丢失或者损坏的原因不同，所以采取的数据恢复技术也略显不同，其主要分为硬件部分和软件部分。为了更方便地了解和把握数据恢复技术，本文将会从数据恢复技术的概念和原理入手，帮助大家充分认识数据分析技术，并且在此基础上研究现阶段计算机使用过程中出现的几种常见的数据问题，通过不同的方法予以恢复。

Abstract：Data recovery technology is a relatively strange technology for many ordinary people，but for the people engaged incomputer information technology，it is a more common and closely related to the life of the ordinary people. Data recovery is mainly toretrieve computer information that causes data loss or problems in the course of computer usage. Different data loss or damage reasons aredifferent，so the data recovery technology is also slightly different，which is mainly divided into hardware and software parts. In order tounderstand and grasp the data recovery technology more conveniently，this paper will start with the concept and principle of data recoverytechnology and help us fully understand the data analysis technology. On this basis，we will study several common data problems in theprocess of computer use at the present stage，and restore it by different methods.
