摘 要：我国目前所面临的国际形势日益严峻，网络空间主权的斗争愈演愈烈。电子政务作为“互联网 +”业态中的重要一支，是引领我国治理能力现代化、社会经济高速发展的重要举措，其网络安全建设是重中之重。因此，从甘肃省市州级电子政务及网络安全建设现状出发，分析其所面临的问题及成因，进而提出相应的网络安全防护策略。

Analysis on Internet Security Protection of Municipal Level of E-Government in Gansu Province under the Background of “Internet +”

Abstract: At present, China is facing an increasingly severe international situation, and the struggle for sovereignty in cyberspace is intensifying. As an important branch of the “Internet +” business format, E-government is an important measure to lead Chinese for modernization of governance capacity and rapid economic and social development. Its network security construction is the top priority. Therefore, starting from the current situation of municipal level of E-government and network security construction in Gansu Province, this paper analyzes the faced problems and causes, and then puts forward the corresponding network security protection strategies.
