摘 要：通过对虚拟养老院的发展、运作机理的研究，提出了武威市凉州区虚拟养老院平台的设计依据、设计原则、功能模块划分、系统总体架构、平台服务流程、派单服务逻辑设计和数据库设计。论述了武威市凉州区虚拟养老院平台的部分功能的实现，并提出了系统可改进的地方。

Design and Implementation of Virtual Nursing Home Platform
——Taking Liangzhou District of Wuwei City Home-based Old-age Care Project as an Example

Abstract：Based on the study of the development and operation mechanism of virtual nursing home，the design basis，design principles，functional module division，system architecture，platform service flow，logistic design of dispatch service and database design of virtual nursing home platform in Liangzhou district of Wuwei city are put forward. This paper discusses the realization of some functions of the virtual nursing home platform in Liangzhou district of Wuwei city，and puts forward some improvements of the system.
