摘 要：电子商务中“绿色物流”的推进，需要建立物流公共信息平台作为基础设施或技术保障。公共物流信息平功能主要包括信息共享、资源整合、交易服务等。其软件体系结构应当具有开放性、兼容性、多功能性、便捷性、重复使用性等特点，包括四个层次。

Abstract：Thepromotion of “green logistics”in electronic commerce requires the establishment of a logistics publicinformation platform as a infrastructure or technical guarantee. The publiclogistics information flat function mainly includes information sharing，resource integration，transaction service andso on. Its software architecture should have the characteristics of openness，compatibility，multifunction，convenience and reusability，including fourlevels.
