摘 要：“MOOC元年”开启后，MOOC在全球迅速升温。在线课程这种教学新模式给高等教育带来重大影响的同时也促进了图书馆的新发展。本文通过对30多所美国知名高校图书馆网站上战略规划的调研，分析了美国高校图书馆服务MOOC的主要内容，总结了由信息技术、信息资源、空间资源、人力资源、信息服务等要素组成的图书馆在线教育支撑体系。 关键词：高校图书馆；战略规划；MOOC；教学支持服务

Researchon the Support of American University Library to MOOC from the Perspective of StrategicPlanning

Abstract：MOOC（Massive OpenOnline Course） has grown dramatically since “the Year of MOOC”. Online education is a novel teaching format，which has brought about significant impacton higher education and spurred new development of university libraries at the sametime. Based on a survey covering the library websites of more than 30 US prestigiousuniversities in regard of strategic planning，this paperanalyses the main content concerning US university libraries supporting online education，probing into the details of the library online education supporting systemcomposed of five key elements：information technology，information resources，spatial distribution，human resources，and information services.
