摘 要：科技的发展给社会生活带来了变化，依托于新科技的房地产物业项目监控与消控系统智能化给物业小区带来了全新的安全理念，物业项目监控与消控系统作为物业小区的安全设备、设施，在不断提高监控及消控的智能化程度，以适应系统要求有效、灵敏、先进的客观需要。本文对房地产物业项目监控以及消控系统的智能化进行简要地介绍，并就系统的设计思路与设计要求提出新的想法。

This paper briefly introduces the realestate project monitoring and intelligent control system，and puts forward new ideas for the design ideas and designrequirements of the system.
