摘 要：在科技不断发展的背景下，网络信息越来越丰富。本文通过完善管理机制、建设具有特色的信息资源数据库、优化信息资源配置三个方面，对网络环境下图书馆信息资源建设策略进行探讨；通过为图书馆的发展提供依据、保障图书馆资源建设质量、构建信息资源共享三个方面，对资源建设的作用展开讨论；并根据图书馆信息资源建设存在的问题进行合理建设。

Considerations About the Strategyof Library Information Resources Construction Under the Network Environment

Abstract：Underthe background of continuous development of science and technology，networkinformation is more and more abundant. This paper discusses the strategy of libraryinformation resources construction under the network environment by improvingthe management mechanism，constructing thecharacteristic information resource database and optimizing the allocation ofinformation resources in three aspects. By providing the basis for thedevelopment of the library，ensuring the quality oflibrary resources construction and the sharing of information resources，the role of the resources construction is discussed in this paper.According to the problems existing in the construction of library informationresources，we should carry out reasonable construction.
