摘 要：社会信息化建设的发展，有助于改进社会生活方式与管理方式。在智能小区建设中，积极地采用物联网技术能够优化居住环境，提高居住小区人们的生活质量。本文围绕智能小区建设中物联网技术应用的展开了积极论述，重点对居住小区智能化管理和智能小区建设中涉及的物联网技术及其应用进行深入地剖析，旨在提高新型智能小区的管理水平。

Abstract：Thedevelopment of social information construction helps to improve the social lifestyle and management mode. In the construction of intelligent community，active use of Internet of things technology can optimize livingenvironment and improve people's quality of life in residential areas. Thispaper focuses on the application of the Internet of things in the constructionof intelligent community. It focuses on the in-depth analysis of the technologyand its application of the Internet of things in the intelligent management ofresidential community and the construction of intelligent community，aiming at improving the management level of the new intelligentcommunity.
