摘 要：视频监控技术的发展，对于社会稳定和社会治安综合治理，一直发挥着重要的作用，作为我们社会治安管理重要的辅助方式，视频监控技术成为公安机关维持社会治安稳定的得力助手。近些年来，我们国家社会经济高速发展，人民群众的安全需求也在日益增加，视频监控技术的发展更是日新月异。智能视频监控技术逐渐在人们小区和住宅开始普及，笔者进行了大量的调查和访谈，对智能视频监控技术在智能住宅安防中的应用中出现的一些问题和智能视频监控技术在智能住宅安防中的发展前景进行了简要的分析和探讨。

Abstract：The development of video surveillance technology has played animportant role in social stability and social security comprehensivemanagement. As an important auxiliary way of our social security management，video surveillance technology has become the right assistant forpublic security organs to maintain social security stability. In recent years，due to the rapid development of our country's social economy，the security needs of the people are increasing，and the development of video surveillance technology is changing dayby day. Intelligent video monitoring technology has gradually become popular inpeople's residential areas and houses. According to a large number of surveysand interviews，some problems in the application ofintelligent video surveillance technology in intelligent residential securityand the development prospect of intelligent video monitoring technology inintelligent residential security are briefly analyzed and discussed.
