摘 要：智能化建筑在我国起步于上世纪90年代中后期，一直处于持续的发展中。直到21世纪的今天，随着我国经济突飞猛进的发展及信息技术日新月异的发展，智能化建筑与安防系统紧密结合当今社会发展的需求，逐步走向了标准化、智能化、系统化的轨道，为人们的生活提供了相当程度的便捷，满足了人们生产生活的需求，其市场前景更是有待开发。基于此，本文首先介绍了智能化建筑与安防系统的概况及建筑智能化的四大特点，随后从物业管理、绿色建筑、传媒中心建设三方面介绍了智能化与安防系统的应用，最后系统阐述了智能化建筑与安防系统在未来的发展趋势。

Abstract：The developmentof intelligent building in China started in the late 90s of last century，and hasbeen in continuous development. Until twenty-first Century，with therapid development of China's economy and the rapid development of informationtechnology，theintelligent building and security system are closely integrated with thedemands of today's social development to a standardized，intellectualizedand systematized track. It provides the people's life with the convenience thatcan not be ignored and meets the needs of human production and life，and itsmarket prospects are more tTo bedeveloped. This article first introduces the general situation of intelligentbuilding and security system and the four characteristics of architectureintellectualization. Then，itintroduces the application of intelligent and security system from threeaspects of property management，greenbuilding and media center construction. Finally，the futuredevelopment trend of intelligent building and security system is expoundedsystematically.
