摘 要：通过分析近年电信业运营状况发现，中国的电信业收入在2013 年以前一直在强势增长，从2014 年增幅开始小幅回落，在2015 年收入出现了最低潮。本文结合三四线城市的发展特点，对三四线城市电信业发展前景进行展望。在具备硬性指标的条件下，还需要从多个角度探索，推动电信业务的全面高速发展，前景值得关注。

Prospects of Telecom Industry Development in Third-tier and Fourth-tier Cities
——Take Yan’an City as an Example

Abstract：By analyzing the operation status of telecom industry in recent years，it is found that the revenue of China’s telecom industry had grown strongly before 2013，the growth rate has dropped slightly since 2014 and the revenue was at the lowest tide in 2015. This paper combines the development characteristics of third-tier and fourth-tier cities to forecast the development prospect of telecom industry in third-tier and fourth-tier cities. Under the conditions of rigid indexes，it also needs to explore from various perspectives to promote the comprehensive and high-speed development of telecommunications services，and the prospects are worthy of attention.
