摘 要：随着信息通信技术的快速发展，铁路行业对运输组织、经营管理等各类事务的信息化需求也日益增加，信息通信技术在铁路行业提升工作效率、实现现代化、智能化运营管理等方面，发挥了举足轻重的作用。建设和完善信息通信系统是大准铁路建成数字铁路、智慧铁路的必要前提，信息通信系统的建设与发展方向，应在当前主流技术基础上，紧紧围绕公司的发展战 略目标，同步规划系统的投资与建设蓝图，为公司建设世界一流铁路提供强有力的技术支撑。

Abstract：With the rapid development of information and communication technology，the railway industry is increasinglydemanding information for transportation organization，operation management and other matters. Information and communicationtechnology plays an important role in improving work efficiency，realizing modernization and intelligent operation management ofthe railway industry. The construction and improvement of information and communication system is a necessary prerequisite for theconstruction of digital railway and intelligent railway. The construction and development direction of information and communicationsystem should be based on the current mainstream technology，closely around the company’s development strategic objectives，andsynchronously plan the investment and construction blueprint of the system，so as to provide strong technical support for the company tobuild world-class railway.
