摘 要：社会治安视频监控项目建设是一项专业性强、涉及面广、施工过程复杂的综合工作，是实现城市化社会治安与和谐发展的重要举措，因而公安部和社会群众对城市视频监控系统有着很高期望与要求。为提高视频图像调测质量与效益，文章主要以某地市视频图像调测问题为例进行了若干探讨与总结。

Abstract：The construction of social security video surveillance project is a comprehensive work with strong professionalism，widecoverage and complicated construction process. It is an important measure to achieve urban social security and harmonious development.Therefore，the Ministry of Public Security and the public have high expectations and requirements for urban video surveillance system.Have high expectations and requirements. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of video image debugging，the article mainlydiscusses and summarizes the video image debugging problem in a certain city.
