摘 要：近年来，随着社会生活水平的提高和人们需求量的不断增大，无线通信行业在我国得到了迅速的发展，给整个社会带来了切实的便利。无线通信工程中项目的设计工作又是整个工程的重中之重，保证项目设计过程中的质量管理是完善整个工程的前提，本文基于目前通信工程项目设计中存在的问题提出一系列的解决措施。

Abstract：In recent years，with the improvement of social living standard and the increasing demand of people，the wirelesscommunication industry has been greatly developed in China，bringing practical convenience to the whole society. The project design inwireless communication engineering is the most important part of the whole project. To ensure the quality management in the process ofproject design is the prerequisite to improve the whole project. This paper puts forward a series of solutions based on the existing problems in the design of communication engineering projects.
