摘 要:随着通信行业从2G、3G 到4G,再到未来的5G 的发展,通信天线也随之不断地更新换代。高速高质量的通信需要高性能的天线来支持,高指标的三阶互调天线不仅是未来通信质量和速度的保证,更是代表一个企业和一个公司工艺控制、研发水平甚至企业创造力的重要指标之一;本项目重点研究在通信天线制造过程中最常用最多的连接方式——M4 螺钉紧固力矩与三阶互调的关系。

Abstract:With the development of communication industry from 2G,3G to 4G,and then to 5G in the future,the development of communications antenna also follow the constantly updated,at the same time,high speed high quality communication need high performance antenna to support,high indicators of third-order intermodulation antenna not only is the guarantee of the future communication quality and speed,but also on behalf of a business a company process control,research and development level and even enterprises an important indicator of creativity;This project focuses on the most commonly used connection mode in the manufacturing process of communication antenna——the relationship between M4 screw tightening torque and third-order intermodulation.
