电力通信规划系统的研究与实践

摘  要:为应对电力通信网络快速发展和业务安全性、可靠性要求不断提高的趋势。通过采集电力通信网络承载的各类业务数据,形成通信网络与承载业务的关联关系;通过对电力通信网络规划中所遵循的原则和经验以及输出结果的深入调研,建立融合包括通信网络与二次业务的关联、一二次业务发展对通信网络各平面的资源需求;通过通信网络承载业务按时间维度滚动发展的预测、城市建设规划与电力设施建设的关联以及基本风险管控等模型算法,提供通信资源及业务的GIS 可视化呈现;通过通信网络安全风险可视化推演、针对不同专业网络平面的通信网络建设规划成果的规范化输出,结合人工干预手段对部分规划结果微调等功能,最终建设完成的电力通信智能规划应用系统。该系统将有效提高规划结论合理性和准确度,更好地适应和指导电力通信业务的发展方向。

Research and Practice of Power Communication Planning System

Abstract:In order to cope with the rapid development of power communication network and the increasing demand of business security and reliability. Through collecting all kinds of business data carried by the electric power communication network,forming the relationship between the communication network and the carrying business;through the in-depth investigation of the principles and experience followed in the planning of the electric power communication network and the output results,establishing the integration including the relationship between the communication network and the secondary business,the resource demand of the primary and secondary business development on each plane of the communication network;through the communication network it provides GIS visualization of communication resources and services by forecasting the rolling development of business according to time dimension,association between urban construction planning and power facilities construction,basic risk management and control and other model algorithms; through visual deduction of communication network security risk,standardized output of communication network construction planning results for different professional network planes,combined with manual intervention means. Finally,the electric power communication intelligent planning application system is built by fine-tuning some planning results and other functions. The system will effectively improve the rationality and accuracy of planning conclusions,and better adapt to and guide the development direction of power communication business.
