摘 要：随着社会的信息化进程加快，网络服务也在不断面临着各种机遇与挑战。本文主要对移动通信网络的设备、技术、安全等维护管理以及应对措施方面进行了阐述，希望能够为用户带来更好的移动通信网络体验，也能够为通信企业提供参考借鉴，从而有效提升移动通信网络服务水平。只有在实践中不断总结经验教训，才能不被社会发展所淘汰。

Research on Maintenance and Management Technology of Mobile Communication Network

Abstract：With the acceleration of social information process，network services are also facing various opportunities and challenges. This paper mainly describes the maintenance and management of mobile communication network equipment，technology，security and other aspects as well as the corresponding measures，hoping to bring better mobile communication network experience for users and provide reference for communication enterprises，so as to effectively improve the service level of mobile communication network. Only by constantly summing up experiences and lessons in practice can we not be eliminated by social development.
