摘 要:为提高 5G 军事应用研究的广度和深度,掌握外军技术发展实践的方向和动态,就美国政府和军队公开发表的 59篇文献资料、政策法规和新闻简讯进行了翻译和研究。借鉴文献分析法,区分时域数量、领域划分和内容方向 3 个视角,梳理归纳美国政府、美军和美国民间主要政策观点和舆论走向,同时对美军 5G 军事应用动向进行系统化描述,析出了具有参考价值的理论观点,为我国开展 5G 在军事领域的研究论证和运用实践提供了参考。

Research on the U.S. Military 5G Technology Military Application Tracking

Abstract: In order to improve the breadth and depth of 5G military application research and master the direction and dynamics of foreign military technology development practice, 59 documents, policies, regulations and news bulletins published by the U.S. government and military are translated and studied. Based on the literature analysis method, from three perspectives of time domain quantity, field division and content direction, this paper combs and summarizes the main policy viewpoints and public opinion trends of the U.S. government, the U.S. military and American civil society, systematically describes the military application trends of the U.S. Military 5G, and precipitates the theoretical viewpoints with reference value. It provides a reference for China to carry out the research, demonstration and application practice of 5G in the military field.
