摘 要：近年来，随着阳江供电局应急体系建设的完善和应急能力的提升，我局建立了一支富有战斗力的应急支援队伍，不管是本地的抗灾复电，还是外出支援救灾，都能圆满地完成任务。但应急支援过程中的一些环节仍有待改进，最常见的问题就是通信保障问题。本文将根据我局应急支援队伍建设的现状，并结合本人多次参与应急救灾的工作经验，探讨如何进一步提升我 局应急支援队伍的通信保障能力。

Measures to Improve Communication Support for Emergency Support Team ofPower Supply Bureau
——Taking the emergency support of Yangjiang Power Supply Bureau as an example

Abstract：In recent years，with the improvement of the emergency system construction of Yangjiang Power Supply Bureau and the improvement of emergency ability，our bureau has set up an emergency support team with a rich fighting capacity. No matter in the local disaster resistance and rehabilitation，or out of support，we can complete the task round the ground. But in the process of emergency support，there are still some links to be improved. The most common problem is communication support. This article will discuss how to further enhance the communication support capability of the emergency support team according to the present situation of our emergency support team construction and the experience of my multiple participation in emergency response and disaster relief.
