摘 要:在进行配网通信运行管控系统建设中,从配网与主网的网络及业务关系分析,配电通信网管理系统与主网通信运行管控系统的关系上面临两种选择:主配松耦合、在主网系统扩展配网管理模块。本文从业务需求和管理、技术因素、安全因素、投资与建设周期等方面全面分析两种建网模式的优缺点,给出省级配网运行管控系统的建网模式建议。

Based on Relationship Between Main Network Management and Control

Abstract:In the construction of the control system of the distribution network communication operation,according to the analysisof the network and business relationship between the distribution network and the main network,the relationship between the distributioncommunication network management system and the main network communication operation control system is faced with two choices:the main matching loose coupling,the extension distribution network management block in the main network system. In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the two types of network construction models are analyzed in terms of business requirements andmanagement,technical factors,security factors,investment and construction cycle. Suggestions on the establishment of provincial distribution network operation control system are given.
