摘 要：SRVCC（Single Radio Voice Call Continuity）是在用户通话过程中当用户离开LTE 覆盖区域时将语音切换到2/3G 网络，以保证语音业务连续性的方案，是移动网络演进过程中的一个过渡的语音解决方案。当中的关键网元SRVCCMSC，其组网配置结构对SRVCC 切换效率有着十分重要的影响，SRVCC 切换时延则是差异最明显的性能指标之一。

The Influence of SRVCC Network Configuration on Switching Delay in LTE Network

Abstract：SRVCC （single radio voice call continuity） is a scheme to switch voice to 2/3G network when the user leaves LTE coverage area in the process of user talk，so as to ensure voice service continuity，and is a transitional voice solution in the evolution process of mobile network. SRVCC-MSC，the key network element，has a very important impact on the efficiency of SRVCC handover. SRVCC handover delay is one of the most obvious performance indicators.
