变频调速提升机PLC 的控制设计研究

摘  要:我国的矿井提升机控制系统主要采用继电器- 接触器进行控制。这种控制系统存在可靠性差、操作复杂、故障率高、耗能高、效率低下等缺点。采用PLC 与变频器相结合的方法对控制系统进行改造,十分必要。本文把可编程控制器(PLC)与变频器应用于提升机控制系统上,根据提升机的多段速运行方式,结合所需硬件进行选型,其中包括可编程控制器、变频器、光电旋转编码器和光电传感器。设计主回路和控制回路,并画出端子接线图,进行软件编程。采用可编程控制器(PLC)与变频器相结合的控制系统可以提升提升机工作的可靠性,简化操作,节约能耗,提高效率,减少故障。

Research on Control Design of Frequency Control Speed Hoist PLC

Abstract:The traditional mine hoist control system mainly adopts relay contactor control. This control system is poor reliability,complicated operation,high failure rate,power consumption,low efficiency of faults. It is necessary to adopt the combination of PLC and frequency converter to control system. In this paper,the programmable controller and frequency converter applied in the hoist control system,according to the requirements of the hoist running characteristics,combined with the required hardware selection,including PLC,frequency converter,photoelectric rotary encoder and photoelectric sensors. The main circuit and control loop are designed,and terminal  wiring diagrams are drawn up for software programming. The control system combined with programmable logic controller(PLC)and frequency converter can improve the reliability of hoist,simplify operation,save energy consumption,improve efficiency and reduce faults.
