高铁车站客运设备智能CPS 运维平台的研究

摘  要:随着我国高铁运营里程不断增加,各地高铁车站中的客运设备规模、数量也呈现出了爆炸性的增加趋势,各种智能客运设备的使用在提升旅客出行幸福感的同时,也给车站客运设备的运维工作带来了极大的压力。目前,客运设备运维仍停留在传统的人工阶段。表现为业务流程信息化程度不高、现场作业监控手段匮乏、整体运维效率低下。面对铁路企业智能化运维手 段缺失的问题。本文浅析了在运维工作中使用信息物理系统(CPS,Cyber-Physical Systems)技术的可能性,通过建立具有CPS 技术特征的智能运维平台,实现设备的统一认证管理、运维人员的动态分配、设备状态的智能感知、备用资源的调拨共享、维修决策的大数据支撑等功能,助力客运设备运维工作的效率提升与资源优化。

Research on Intelligent CPS Operation and Maintenance Platform of High-speed Railway Station Passenger Transport Equipment

Abstract:With the continuous increase of high-speed railway operation mileage in China,the scale and quantity of passenger transport equipment in high-speed railway stations around the country are also increasing explosively. The use of various intelligent passenger transport equipment not only improves the happiness of passengers,but also brings great pressure to the operation and maintenance of station passenger transport equipment. At present,the operation and maintenance of passenger transport equipment is still in the traditional manual stage. It is manifested in low level of business process informatization,lack of on-site operation monitoring means and low efficiency of overall operation and maintenance. In the face of the lack of intelligent operation and maintenance means of railway enterprises,this paper analyzes the possibility of using the technology of CPS (Cyber-Physical Systems) in operation and maintenance work. By establishing an intelligent operation and maintenance platform with the technical characteristics of CPS,the unified certification management of equipment,dynamic allocation of operation and maintenance personnel,intelligent perception of equipment status,allocation and sharing of spare resources,and maintenance are realized The big data support and other functions of repair decision-making help to improve the efficiency and optimize resources of operation and maintenance of passenger transport equipment.
