环保用电监控系统初探

摘  要:文章研究目的是介绍推广近年来发源于宿迁市的一种针对工业企业污染源排污环保监管的新型用电监控方法,不同于现有的在线监控方法,其具有简便易行、行之有效的特点。以综述的方法,系统阐述了宿迁市用电监控系统组成、用电异常判断的机理,以及宿迁市应用于环保监管方面取得的成果。用电监控系统对加强监控工业污染源排污、增强企业主体责任、改善环境质量具有积极作用,值得推广应用。

Discussion on Environmental Protection Electricity Monitoring and Control System

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to introduce and popularize a new power monitoring method for environmental protection supervision of industrial enterprises’pollution sources,which originated in Suqian City in recent years. Different from the existing online monitoring method,it is simple,easy and effective. With the method of summary,this paper systematically expounds the composition of Suqian power consumption monitoring system,the mechanism of abnormal power consumption judgment,and the achievements of Suqian in environmental protection supervision. The power monitoring system plays an active role in strengthening the monitoring of industrial pollution sources,enhancing the main responsibility of enterprises,and improving environmental quality,which is worth popularizing and applying.
