摘 要:随着近年来酒水销量持续增长,酒的盛装容器——酒瓶的使用量随之增加,酒瓶多为玻璃材质,可重复利用。新著酒瓶的成本较高,为了节省成本,企业建立了酒瓶的逆向物流系统,对使用过的瓶子进行收集,并再次利用到生产过程中。通过 Flexsim 对酒厂酒瓶的逆向物流系统进行了建模仿真,再现了酒厂酒瓶逆向物流系统的运行规律,找到了制约逆向物流系统运作的因素,进而提出可优化方法,实现了提高酒瓶逆向物流系统运作效率的目的。

Research on Simulation of Liquor Bottle Reverse Logistics System Based on Flexsim

Abstract:With the continuous growth of liquor sales in recent years,the usage amount of liquor containers,bottles, has increased accordingly. Most of the bottles are made of glass and can be reused. The cost of new liquor bottles is high. In order to save cost,some enterprises have established a reverse logistics system for liquor bottles to collect used bottles and reuse them in the production process. Through Flexsim,the reverse logistics system of liquor factory bottles is modeled and simulated,the operation law of liquor factory bottles reverse logistics system is reappeared,the factors restricting the operation of reverse logistics system are found,and then the optimization methods are put forward to achieve the goal for improving the operation efficiency of liquor bottles reverse logistics system.
