摘 要:公共危机预警是处理重大突发公共危机的关键环节,及时准确地获取预警信息可在一定程度上减少损失抑或避免危机的发生。在对部分地区进行预警调查后,基于实际情况以及功能、价格等方面的综合考虑,决定采用蓝牙(Bluetooth)技术设计一款能够监测体温、距离,并能够储存信息的蓝牙手环,在灾害高发地区及需要管控的高危地区给群众佩戴警报器手环,统一发布紧急信息,并以疫情为例阐述本设计应对突发公共危机的对策。

Design of Bluetooth Bracelet for Early Warning of Major Sudden Public Crisis

Abstract: Public crisis early warning is the key link to deal with major sudden public crises. Timely and accurate access to early warning information can reduce losses or avoid crises to a certain extent. After early warning investigation to some areas, based on the actual situation, after the comprehensive consideration of function, price and other aspects, it is decided to use Bluetooth technology to design a Bluetooth bracelet that can monitor body temperature and distance and store information, provide alarm bracelets for people in disaster prone areas and high-risk areas requiring control, uniformly release emergency information, and take the epidemic situation as an example to illustrate the countermeasures of this design to deal with sudden public crisis.
