Research on Open IT Operation and Maintenance Cloud Service Platform Based on ITIL and Internet of Things

Abstract: With the advent of the era of big data, almost all information has become binary codes such as “0” and “1”. In the face of the explosive growth of the amount of information in the Internet of things information center, stimulated by virtual cloud computing technology, Internet of things enterprises take the IT cloud service platform based on operation and maintenance as the technical guarantee to support enterprise business operation. Taking the open ITIL framework as the basic framework of the platform, this paper discusses the design and optimization of the IT operation and maintenance cloud service platform of the Internet of things under the J2EE environment. The networked practical application shows that the platform runs stably and meets the operation and maintenance service requirements of the Internet of things.
