摘 要:以当前城市路灯照明系统为背景,分析了我国城市路灯的设施现状,以及普遍存在的路灯漏电现象的原因和社会危害性。介绍了应用基于宽带电力线载波通信技术的“灯联网”智慧路灯管理系统,融合单灯控制技术、断路器控制技术和传感技术,将路灯控制箱供电回路管理、单灯管理、灯杆下线路的漏电监测、灯杆下道路积水监测相统一,实现城市路灯照明系统的智能化管理。“灯联网”智慧路灯管理系统能够实时发现路灯系统漏电故障,并定位漏电点的位置,根据漏电电流的大小和道路积水情况自动采取相应的安全措施,杜绝路灯漏电伤人事故的发生。

Solution for Street Light Leakage and Injury Based on the “Light Networking” Smart Street Light Management System

Abstract: Taking the current urban street light lighting system as the background, this paper analyzes the current equipment situation of urban street lamps in our country, as well as the causes and social hazards of the common street light leakage phenomenon. This paper introduces the application of the “light networking” smart street light management system based on broadband power line carrier communication technology, which integrates single light control technology, circuit breaker control technology and sensing technology. And the power supply circuit management of street light control box, single light management, and the line under the light pole, the leakage monitoring and the monitoring of road water accumulation under the lamp pole are unified to realize the intelligent management of the urban street light lighting system. The “light networking” smart street light management system can detect the leakage fault of the street light system in real time, locate the position of the leakage point, and take corresponding safety measures according to the size of the leakage and the water accumulation situation on the road, so as to prevent the occurrence of injury accidents caused by the leakage of street lights.
