摘 要：当前我国正处于计算机快速发展的时期，计算机网络已经深入到每家每户并且成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分。对当前网络环境进行优化，使网络环境的运行保证畅通，让我们国家的电子信息化稳定发展，有助于我们国家计算机网络设计水平的提升，也对我国综合实力的提升和促进社会现代主义化建设十分重要。本文将对此展开进一步探讨。

Abstract：At present，our country is in the period of rapid development of computer，computer network has penetrated into every household and become an indispensable part of people’s daily life. The optimization of the current network environment，the smooth operation of the network environment，and the steady development of our country’s electronic information will help to improve the level of our country’s computer network design，but also is very important to promote our comprehensive strength and promote the construction of social modernism. This paper will discuss this further.
