摘 要：大数据与公共安全的良性互动需要服从公共安全的双重属性。从科学方面来看，可以通过网络交流、信息扩散、共同协作等机制分析。公共安全的需求可以促进大数据的发展；或者通过改良预防机制，来提升对危险的防范能力，提出一些应急处理的措施，减少危险中可能形成新的危险的可能；反过来，大数据也可以提升公共安全管理和社会治理水平。从价值上来看，在数据杂乱不安全的背景下，随之大数据可能会发生数据监控、隐私泄露等风险，此时公共安全就具有重要的价值。这些大数据潜在的危险是无法从根本上消除的，只能进行适当的优化处理，在最大程度上限制大数据的不可控发展。

Research on the Application of Video Big Data in Public Security

Abstract：The good interaction between big data and public security needs to obey the dual attributes of public security. From the scientific point of view，it can be analyzed through the mechanism of network communication，information diffusion and cooperation.The excellence of public security can promote the formation of big data；or by improving some of the risks that will occur，to enhance the prevention of risk occurrence，put forward some emergency treatment of risk，improve the possibility of new risk between risks，in turn，big data can promote public safety management and social governance. From the value point of view，in the context of data chaos and insecurity，public security has important value，and then large data may have data monitoring，privacy leaks and other risks. The potential danger of these large data can not be fundamentally eliminated，and can only be properly optimized to limit the uncontrollable development of big data to the greatest extent.
