摘 要：随着当前我国科学技术的不断发展，信息技术逐渐融入到人们日常的工作和生活之中。在当前信息时代下，电子信息作为信息时代最显著的标志，改变了人们生活和工作的方式，为了使电子信息能够得到更好的应用，人们就应当重视电子信息的安全储存和有效利用问题，从电子信息的特征出发，制定相应的防护措施，保证信息的安全性和有效利用。

Abstract：With the continuous development of science and technology in China，information technology is gradually integrated into people’s daily work and life. In the current information age，electronic information has become the most prominent symbol of the era of information，changing people’s lives and work. In order to make electronic information better applied，people should pay attention to the safe storage and effective use of electronic information. From the characteristics of electronic information，we should formulate corresponding protective measures to ensure the security and effective use of information.
