摘 要：现在的各大电信企业都转向信息化发展，这逐渐成为一种发展趋势，电信企业发展模式的转变主要还是因为计算机信息技术以及互联网技术的发展。企业的发展和互联网的网络安全存在着一定的联系，安全的互联网环境对于企业的发展有很大好处，如果互联网的安全系数不够高，那么企业的发展就会受到一定的影响和制约。任何一家企业的管理和日常经营都离不开安全的网络环境，两家公司在进行交易的时候也离不开互联网技术的支持，正是由于企业对于互联网的依赖性越来越高，所以大 家对于网络安全的要求也就越来越高。可是互联网非常容易受到病毒的感染，有时候甚至还会被黑客攻击，这主要是因为互联网具有多样性的特点。保障互联网的网络安全已经成为了所有电信企业需要解决的问题，本文主要针对这个问题进行解释，提出建立防护系统，在确保网络安全的基础上，促进电信企业的发展。

Application of Network Security Construction in Telecommunications

Abstract：All the major ecommerce enterprises have turned to the development of information technology，which has gradually become a development trend. The transformation of ecommerce enterprise development mode is mainly due to the development of computer information technology and internet technology. There is a certain connection between the development of enterprises and the network security of the internet. A secure internet environment is beneficial to the development of enterprises. If the security factor of the internet is not high enough，then the development of enterprises will be affected and restricted. The management and daily operation of any one enterprise can not be separated from the secure network environment，and the two companies can not be separated from the support of internet technology when conducting transactions. It is precisely because companies are increasingly dependent on the internet，everyone’s requirements for network security are also higher and higher. However，the internet is very vulnerable to viruses and sometimes even hackers. This is mainly due to the diversity of the internet. The security of internet network has become a problem that all e-commerce enterprises need to face and solve. This article mainly explains this problem and proposes the establishment of a protection system to promote the development of e-commerce enterprises on the basis of ensuring network security.
