摘 要：对企业而言，云计算能够帮助企业将内部资料、数据的同步共享，大幅提高工作效率。基于企业生产经营现状构 建针对企业实际的私有云对促进企业生产、工作效率提升具有重要意义。在对云计算基本概念阐述基础上分析企业云计算构建方面存在问题以及私有云构建测略，并以贵州豫能投资公司企业私构建为工程实例，对企业私有云结构组成、成本等方面进行分析。贵州豫能投资公司通过构建私有云提升了整体信息化运营水平，并使数据得到有效保护，计算、存储、安全更加弹性。

Strategy Research and Practice of Enterprise Private Cloud Construction

Abstract：For enterprises，cloud computing can help enterprises to share internal data and data synchronously，greatly improving work efficiency. Constructing a private cloud based on the actual production and operation status of the enterprise is of great significance to promote the production and work efficiency of the enterprise. On the basis of explaining the basic concepts of cloud computing，analyze the existing problems of enterprise cloud computing construction and private cloud construction strategies，and take the private construction of Guizhou Yuneng Investment Company as an example to analyze the composition and cost of private cloud structure. Guizhou Yuneng Investment Company has improved the overall informationization operation level by building a private cloud，and achieved effective protection of data，and more flexibility in computing，storage，and security.
