摘 要：区块链是随着比特币等数字加密货币的日益普及而逐渐兴起的一种全新的去中心化基础架构与分布式计算范式，目前主要应用于金融领域。但研究发现，区块链在传媒领域也大有可为。区块链的引进，将对打击虚假新闻、知识产权保护、用户信息保护、媒体格局重塑等产生重大影响。但区块链的匿名性、不可篡改性等特点可被个别不法分子利用传播非法内容，这给管理部门带来了新问题，因此区块链在重塑网络舆论环境的同时，也对网络治理提出了新的挑战。

Block Chain Reshaping the Environment of Network Public Opinionand Governance

Abstract：Block chain is a new de-centralized infrastructure and distributed computing paradigm emerging with the increasing popularity of digitally encrypted currencies such as Bitcoin. At present，it is mainly used in the financial field. However，the study found that block chain is also promising in the media field. The introduction of block chains will have a significant impact on cracking down on false news，intellectual property protection，user information protection and media restructuring. However，the anonymity and unauthorized modification of block chains can be used by individual illegal elements to disseminate illegal content，which brings new problems to management. Therefore，while rebuilding the network public opinion environment，block chains also pose new challenges to network governance.
