摘 要：当下，社会进入信息化、智能化，计算机信息技术已经成为人们生产生活中不可或缺的一门科学技术，对于国家来说，信息资源也是至关重要的战略资源。网络是当下信息传播的重要途径之一，网络安全对现代社会发展而言也是至关重要的。因此，要保障国家信息资源的安全、保护生活中个人信息的安全，就需要对网络安全中计算机信息管理技术进行研究，并使其能够更好地运用到社会生活中来。

Absrtact：At present，the society has entered the information and intellectualization. Computer information technology has become an indispensable science and technology in people’s production and life. For the country，information resources are also crucial strategic resources. Network is one of the important ways of information dissemination，and network security is also very important for the development of modern society. Therefore，in order to ensure the security of national information resources and personal information in life，it is necessary to study the computer information management technology in network security and make it better used in social life.
