摘 要：自动化是现代化办公室的发展方向，随着时代的发展，自动化也越来越被大企业所重视，比如现在的“无纸化办公”，都是现代化办公的内容。而计算机扫描技术就是无纸化办公的基础技术。在此背景下，笔者提出将计算机扫描技术与办公自动化结合的设计思路。将计算机扫描技术灵活运用在办公自动化中，不仅能够推进“无纸化办公”的快速发展，也能够促进办公自动化的发展。

Application of Computer Scanning Technology in Office Automation

Abstract：Automation is the development direction of modern offices. With the development of the times，automation has also been paid more and more attention by large enterprises. For example，the current “paperless office” is the content of modern office. Computer scanning technology is the infrastructure for paperless office. Based on this，the author puts forward the idea of combining computer scanning technology with office automation. The computer scanning technology is used flexibly in office automation，it will not only promote the rapid development of “paperless office”，but also promote the development of office automation.
