摘 要：随着信息技术的不断进步，实现企业管理信息化建设受到越来越多的关注。对于企业管理而言，信息化建设不仅从信息生成与传递上形成了新的运作模式，更是从思想理念上颠覆了传统管理，因此，引入信息技术，构建信息化管理平台，已经成为新形势下企业完善业务流程，提高市场反应，改善决策质量的必然选择。本文从企业管理的基本含义出发，对信息化在企业管理中的作用加以分析，进而探究企业信息化管理的措施。

The Role of Informatization in Enterprise Management

Abstract：With the continuous progress of information technology，more and more attention has been paid to the construction of enterprise management informatization. For enterprise management，information construction not only forms a new mode of operation from the generation and transmission of information，but also subverts traditional management from the ideological point of view. Therefore，the introduction of information technology and the construction of information management platform have become an inevitable choice for enterprises to improve business processes，market response and decision-making quality under the new situation. Starting from the basic meaning of enterprise management，this paper analyses the role of informatization in enterprise management，and then explores the measures of enterprise informatization management.
