摘 要：物资管理信息化日益成为企业提高物资管理效率、降低管理成本的重要手段，但是如何保证物资管理信息化建设的成功是长期困扰企业决策者的难题，本文通过详细介绍河南能源化工集团在物资管理信息化建设中的具体做法和保障措施，为大型企业物资信息化建设工作的顺利开展提供了成功经验，具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract：Information management information has increasingly become an important means for enterprises to improve theefficiency of material management and reduce the cost of management. But how to ensure the success of information construction ofmaterial management is a difficult problem that perplexes the decision-makers for a long time. This paper introduces the details of Henanenergy and chemical industry group in the information construction of material management in detail. The practice and safeguard measuresprovide a successful experience for the smooth development of material information construction in large enterprises.
