摘 要：本文简要介绍了两化融合管理体系的来源、内涵，以及航空企业建设两化融合管理体系的必要性。结合西飞公司两化融合体系建设过程中存在的问题和经验，浅谈两化融合管理体系建设的重点工作。

Talking about the Construction of Two-in-One Integration Management System ofAviation Enterprises

Abstract：This paper briefly introduces the source and connotation of the two-in-one integration management system，and thenecessity of the two-in-one integrated management system for aviation enterprises. Combined with the problems and experiences in theprocess of building the two-in-one integration system of AVIC Xi’an Company，the key work of the construction of the two-in-oneintegration management system is discussed.
