摘 要：随着信息技术的高速发展，在我国政府中长期发展中，电子化招投标得到了广泛的应用。电子化招投标系统的运用，有助于实现我国政府职能的成功转变，对建设服务型、阳光型政府，具有不可估量的意义。在本文中，以电子化招投标系统为主要研究对象。重点阐述电子化招投标系统的安全性与高效性，从信息技术角度研究电子化招投标系统的安全与高效。通过研究，旨在为电子化招投标系统的构建与广泛应用创设良好的条件。

Analysis on the Efficiency and Security of Electronic Bidding System

Abstract：With the rapid development of information technology，electronic bidding has been widely used in the medium andlong-term development of our government. The application of electronic bidding system is helpful to realize the successful transformationof government functions，and has inestimable significance to the construction of service-oriented and sunshine-oriented government. Inthis paper，taking the electronic bidding system as the main research object. The security and efficiency of electronic bidding system areexpounded，and the security and efficiency of electronic bidding system are studied from the angle of information technology. The purposeof the study is to create favorable conditions for the construction and widely application of the electronic bidding system.
