摘 要：县级党校作为基层党员干部培训的主渠道、主阵地，在提高党员干部素质和能力方面具有特定的优势和不可替代的作用，因此，运用合理、科学的教学手段提升教学质量和效果显得尤为重要。本文以多模态PPT 演示教学为着眼点，分析当前县级党校在演示教学中存在的不足及原因，并提出相应的对策，为县级党校运用多媒体手段提升教学质量提供参考。

Application Research of Multimodal PPT Demonstration Teaching
——Taking the Teaching Courseware Making of County Party School as an Example

Abstract：As the main channel and main position of grassroots party members and cadres training，county Party schools have certain advantages and irreplaceable roles in improving the quality and ability of party members and cadres. Therefore，using reasonable and scientific teaching methods to improve teaching quality and effect particularly important. This paper takes the multi-modal PPT demonstration teaching as the focus，analyzes the shortcomings and reasons of the current county-level Party school in the demonstration teaching，and proposes corresponding countermeasures，which provides a reference for the county-level Party school to use multimedia means to improve the teaching quality.
