摘 要：本文基于BIM 技术基本应用特征以及其在项目中的有效应用，分析了选用BIM 技术的必要性，以及项目建设不同阶段BIM 技术的有效应用。从项目建设信息化应用、钢结构以及土建施工应用、机电施工等方面建设成效中能得出，通过BIM 技术应用能有效提升施工管理水平、施工质量。

Comprehensive Application of BIM Technology in Informatization of Construction Engineering

Abstract：Based on the basic application characteristics of BIM technology and its effective application in the project，this paper analyses the necessity of selecting BIM technology and the effective application of BIM technology in different stages of project construction. From the information application of project construction，steel structure and civil construction application，mechanical and electrical construction and other aspects of construction results，we can draw that BIM technology application can effectively improve the level of construction management and construction quality.
