飑的报告与监视

摘  要:飑严重影响航空安全,民航地面气象观测中飑与天气学中定义不同,是一种仅与瞬时风速有关的天气现象。本文结合三次雷暴大风、飑线过程数据分析总结了飑报告的3 点要求。在对飑过程瞬时风速突然增大的突变检验中,发现运用滑动t检验法取n1=n2=1 分钟序列长度时,对瞬时风速的突然增大变化都有很好的检验效果。由于飑的观测与监视容易出现“错忘漏”现象,本文分析总结了飑的自动监视和判断流程,并给出了流程图。

Reporting and Monitoring of Squall

Abstract:Squall seriously affects aviation safety. The definition of squall in civil aviation ground meteorological observation is different from that in synoptic science. It is a weather phenomenon only related to instantaneous wind speed. In this paper,three requirements for squall reporting are summarized based on data analysis of three thunderstorms,gales and squall line processes. In the sudden increase of instantaneous wind speed in squall process,it is found that the sliding t test has a good effect on the sudden increase of instantaneous wind speed when the sequence length of n1=n2=1 minute is taken. Because squall observation and surveillance are prone to“errors and omissions”,this paper summarizes the process of automatic squall surveillance and judgment,and gives the flow chart.
